Here is the chance to learn about the Asian ingredients and how to use them at home in your kitchen!
We manage a local Indonesian traditional cooking class for you, which gives you a rare opportunity not only to cook as a local, but to blend traditional techniques with local insights. We carefully crafted our cooking class menu for you, so you can easily re-do it in your own home. This class will be a wonderful experience in your life!

1. All about the chicken

In this course you will learn the most famous Indonesian soup, such as all the sauces which you should know in the future for Asian cooking, and how to use them on main courses or for salads.

  • Sambal Goreng (Traditional spices paste)
  • Saus Kacang (Peanut sauce from the scratch)
  • Sayur Urab (Mix green salad with coconut and spice)
  • Soto Ayam (indonesian noodle soup)
  • Sate Ayam (indonesian chicken kebab)
  • Pisang Goreng (banana fritters with coconut and palm sugar syrup)

2. Back to the basics

Everybody would like to know the secret of the true fried noodles! Here we are!

  • Sambal Goreng (Traditional spices paste)
  • Bergedel (corn fritters with Balinese spice)
  • Sate Ayam  (indonesian chicken kebab)
  • Mie Goreng Ayam (chicken fried noodles)
  • Pisang Goreng (banana fritters with coconut and palm sugar syrup)

3. Vegetarian Class

The Indonesian kitchen`s best part is how they handle the tofu and tempe, and how we can mix those to full flavour dishes.

  • Gado Gado (Steamed veggies and tofu with peanut sauce)

  • 15 -10:00 am: Pickup at your hotel
  • 11.00 am: learn about the local veggies and spices and teas
  • 11:45 am: Cooking session 1 and tasting
  • 12:45 pm: Cooking session 2 and tasting
  • 14:15 pm: Dessert session and time to enjoy your dish
  • 15:15 pm: End of the cooking class and hotel transfer
